> Bulgaria’s prime minister, Rumen Radev, said drones of unknown origin struck two ships in the Black Sea off Bulgaria this morning. One vessel sank and the other was damaged; one person was rescued from the sunken ship and 15 from the other. Radev said there was no clear evidence identifying those responsible and that he would seek help from NATO and the EU.
