> Two ships were hit by drone attacks off Bulgaria’s Black Sea coast, and one sank, Prime Minister Rumen Radev said. The Ukrainian-owned Chelsea 3, sailing under a Maltese flag, was hit by three drones and damaged. Its 15 crew members were rescued; five received medical assistance, and none was seriously injured. Radev said there was no clear evidence identifying who carried out the attack and that Russia’s ambassador would be summoned.
