> Imran Khan’s Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf plans to challenge in court the federal government’s takeover of the province it governed, including emergency laws and governor’s rule. Islamabad says the province failed to tackle armed groups, while analysts dispute the justification. The takeover has become a political flashpoint as PTI presses its protest march for Khan’s release.
