> Latvian security agencies launched a Penguin C UAS reconnaissance drone near the Russian border, then flew it parallel to the border and near Belarus, an air-traffic-control source told TASS. The aircraft detects moving targets, conducts surveillance and gathers intelligence. It was flying about 1.2 kilometers high, outside civil and general aviation corridors, and this was not the first such launch this month.
