> Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak said Russia has supplied EU countries with $320.7 billion in energy resources since 2022, exceeding the US estimate of $250 billion. Supplies to Europe totaled $21.3 billion in the first nine months of 2026. Novak said Russia could also increase diesel deliveries to global markets, including the US, to help ease strains from problems in the Strait of Hormuz and reduced global refining capacity.
