> Azerbaijani authorities arrested 37 people in Baku during protests against new school uniform rules. Protesters reportedly clashed with school staff, tried to disrupt school operations and traffic, set fire to a school director’s car, and attempted to burn a school; no one was injured. The government says the rules preserve secular education and equality among students.
