> Russian technology company Yandex says its services are gradually recovering after an outage. Access to search, its Alisa assistant, mail, maps and taxi services is being restored, though some functions remain unavailable and the timeline for fully restoring equipment is unclear. Yandex said customer account records were unaffected and that it arranged expedited transfers of client data and services to cloud providers. It reported drone attacks damaging or halting data centers in Sasovo, Kaluga and Vladimir between October 8 and 11.
