> Axios reports that U.S. presidential envoys Steve Witkoff and Jared Kushner have delayed their Moscow visit, at least until it is clear whether Ukraine and its EU allies will accept a new peace proposal whose details remain unknown. They had been expected to discuss ideas for ending the Russia-Ukraine war with Russian leaders before the end of October.
