# China and EU reach consensus on hybrid and electric vehicle trade

> China and the EU reached a series of understandings on hybrid and electric vehicle trade through continued dialogue, a Chinese Commerce Ministry spokesperson said. For hybrids, they affirmed principles of respect for facts, non-discrimination and compliance with WTO rules. The EU will also advance procedures for company-specific price undertakings in the electric vehicle case.
