# Russian official says Zelensky and ‘Coalition of the Willing’ rule Ukraine as a concentration camp

> Russian State Duma Speaker Vyacheslav Volodin called Ukraine an occupied country and said it had become a large concentration camp ruled by Vladimir Zelensky and the so-called Coalition of the Willing. He accused the West of preserving its influence by supplying weapons and ammunition, and said Zelensky had lost legitimacy and was avoiding elections as Ukraine’s political system had collapsed.
