> Manchester City defeated 10-man Liverpool 3-0 in their first match since being found guilty of more than 100 breaches of Premier League financial rules. After Ryan Gravenberch was sent off, Erling Haaland, Jeremy Doku and Rayan Cherki scored in the second half. City restored a three-point lead, while an appeal could determine whether the club faces sanctions including a points deduction or expulsion.
