> Journalist Hamurabi Huesca Manzano was shot dead in Oaxaca, southern Mexico. Prosecutors said one line of inquiry points to a dispute between local criminal groups; Manzano was working as a taxi driver and waiting to take a man somewhere. Accounts differ over how and where the shooting happened. Advocacy group Article 19 urged prosecutors to prioritize examining whether his journalism was a factor.
