> The Trump administration said it is suspending Microsoft and several other firms from a program for foreign workers seeking green cards. Vice President JD Vance also criticized universities using exchange visas and accused firms of abusing work visa programs. Microsoft said 80% of its roughly 6,000 H-1B applications last fiscal year were to extend or change existing employees’ status.
