> Fresh clashes in northern Ethiopia and rising tensions with Eritrea have raised fears of a broader conflict in the Horn of Africa. The countries and their neighbors dispute allegations of foreign interference, while analysts warn that escalation could draw in Sudan, disrupt Red Sea commerce and worsen humanitarian conditions. The African Union is urging restraint and dialogue.
