> Trump said Russia agreed, after his call with Putin, to supply diesel to the United States and global markets: more than 300,000 tons immediately, another 500,000 in November and 1 million thereafter. The Treasury said it would issue a temporary license permitting Russian diesel sales. The report says Moscow is seeking sanctions relief in talks about a possible halt to attacks on energy infrastructure.
