> Anonymous Defense Department officials told the BBC and Associated Press that the execution of Nidal Hasan, the former US Army major convicted of killing 13 people at Fort Hood, will be livestreamed. The firing-squad execution is scheduled for December 3 at 2PM ET. Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth said it would be public so people understand the serious consequences of such acts.
