> Kyiv Mayor Vitaliy Klitschko urged residents who can to temporarily relocate to friends or relatives outside the city, while saying he is not planning a full evacuation. He warned the water crisis could worsen and described the situation as one of “survival.” Water and sewage systems were disrupted, and damage to a key energy facility affected electricity supply.
