> Russia’s Finance Ministry says provisional federal budget spending on national projects stood at 4.44 trillion rubles ($52.2 billion) as of October 1, or 68% of the planned total. International Cooperation and Export led at 84.7%, while Production and Automation Facilities had the lowest execution rate, at 38.6%.
