> Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson Guo Jiakun said Tuesday that Taiwan is an internal affair of China and that its resolution is for the Chinese people, without outside interference. He urged the U.S. to implement understandings reached by the two presidents, abide by the one-China principle and the three China-U.S. joint communiqués, and act prudently on Taiwan.
