> Norway’s government has proposed earmarking 85 billion kroner, or $8.89 billion, for Ukraine in its 2027 defense budget. The money would go to the Nansen Support Program for military and financial assistance, raising the program’s total size to 344 billion kroner as Kyiv and the EU press other countries to contribute more.
