> A jury has heard that former NSW police officer Beau Lamarre-Condon did not mention his ex-partner Jesse Baird to a close friend during the three months before he allegedly murdered Baird and Luke Davies in a Sydney terrace in February 2024. Lamarre-Condon has pleaded not guilty. Prosecutors allege he became infatuated with Baird and resolved to kill him, while the defence says both men died during separate struggles over his police pistol and that disposing of their bodies showed panic over unexpected deaths.
