> Comedian Dave Hughes says he will no longer appear at Victorian Liberal party events after a complaint to the Victorian Electoral Commission over the value of his free or discounted performances. Hughes alleged Victorian Labor was behind the complaint, but a Labor source denied involvement. Victorian rules treat such services as in-kind donations, capped at $5,190.
