> OKX CEO Star Xu said Circle, Ripple, Qube Research & Technologies and Standard Chartered’s SC Ventures completed a strategic investment valuing the exchange at $25 billion before the deal. OKX also launched OKX Money, an app for saving, sending and spending dollar-backed stablecoins, as it expands into payments and financial infrastructure.
