> Nationwide blockades and protests are planned in France over understaffed, underfunded schools and poor learning conditions. The Justice Ministry says 5,060 people have been arrested since the movement began, 87% of them minors. The government is examining demands including teacher replacements, shorter school days, longer lunch breaks and school repairs.
