> The United States does not currently plan to withdraw diplomats from Kyiv despite continued Russian attacks and warnings for foreign diplomats to leave, Secretary of State Marco Rubio said. Russian attacks on Kyiv have continued, including a drone strike that injured two people and debris falling into a residential area on Oct. 5.
