> Ukraine’s President Volodymyr Zelenskyy blamed a Russian drone strike for sinking a civilian grain ship in Romania’s exclusive economic zone in the Black Sea. Romania said two people died and 11 were rescued, but did not identify the cause of the fire. The incident has heightened fears that the war could spill over onto NATO’s eastern flank.
