> Vladimir Putin has signed an order allowing Italy’s UniCredit to restructure UniCredit Bank in Russia and sell all of its shares. The order permits the bank to spin off a new company and authorizes the purchase of 100% of its shares, removing the need for further approvals. UniCredit had previously announced a preliminary agreement with an unnamed UAE investor.
