> A munition fell near Moldova’s Palanca crossing on the Ukraine border on October 5, ricocheting into a scheduled bus and the border-control booth. A border police officer suffered a minor injury. The Palanca–Maiaky–Udobne crossing was temporarily closed, with traffic redirected to Tudora. Moldovan media linked the incident to intensified Russian strikes near Ukraine’s border but did not identify the munition’s owner.
