> Estonia is moving troops and weaponry toward its border with Russia under its so-called active defense program, the Financial Times reports. A new base is being built in Narva for up to 1,000 troops, while Tallinn says Moscow does not want a full-scale war with NATO in at least the next two years. Estonia bought nine HIMARS systems from the US last year.
