> Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky says Kyiv has begun installing turrets against jet-powered drones, with more than 12 already deployed in the capital and eight additional .50-caliber weapons planned for the Kyiv region. He says initial results from a small-missile program are expected by the end of October and could lead to rapid mass production.
