> Brazil’s presidential election will go to a runoff after no candidate won a majority in the first round, according to the Superior Electoral Court. With about 99.84% of ballots counted, Flavio Bolsonaro had roughly 47% of valid votes and incumbent Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva about 45%. They are expected to face each other on October 25.
