> Bosnian Serb nationalist politician Milorad Dodik declared his party the winner of Sunday’s election in Bosnia and credited Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin. The vote was shaped by economic pressure, the prospect of EU membership and ethnic tensions that have divided the country since the 1992–95 war.
