> Germany, the United Kingdom and France plan to hold a “coalition of the willing” meeting on Ukraine in Berlin this winter to coordinate further assistance, Chancellor Friedrich Merz said. During an unannounced visit to Kyiv, Merz also announced another military aid package for Kyiv worth 1 billion euros. Russia says weapons deliveries prolong the conflict.
