> Ukraine plans to spend $108.3 billion on its military in 2027, compared with projected domestic revenues of $71.7 billion, according to TASS calculations. Including bond sales, privatization proceeds and grants, total revenues would reach $82.9 billion, leaving a $25.4 billion shortfall for military spending alone.
