> A London court has remanded two Iranian men in custody over alleged plans to attack Jewish targets in Manchester. Prosecutors say they conducted hostile reconnaissance of the Manchester Jewish Museum and Heaton Park synagogue and planned to use a homemade explosive. Counterterrorism police said the plot appeared isolated and posed no ongoing public threat.
