> Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko said a Russian air attack hit the city’s Northern Bridge across the Dnipro River. The strike followed several attacks on the Southern Bridge the previous day, which officials said were “tearing Kyiv apart”, amid an escalation in attacks on the capital’s infrastructure.
