> At least five people were killed in long-range attacks by Russia and Ukraine. Russia struck a Liberian-flagged vessel in Ukraine’s Odesa region, killing one person and injuring three, and attacked Kyiv’s Northern Bridge for the second time in two days. Ukrainian strikes were reported in occupied Luhansk and Zaporizhia, as well as Russia’s Belgorod region. Moscow again urged diplomats and foreigners to leave Kyiv.
