> The co-pilot accused of attacking Capt. Smit Machchhar on a Tel Aviv-bound FlyDubai flight has been identified as 29-year-old Omani national Hamam al-Hammami. Authorities say he used the cockpit crash axe, incapacitating the captain and sending the plane into a plunge before passengers took control. A source says Oman Air had barred him over concerns about extremist views. Investigators are examining whether he acted alone or had extremist links.
