> UAE Attorney-General Hamad Saif Al Shamsi classified the incident aboard a Flydubai flight from Dubai to Tel Aviv, which made an emergency landing in Tabuk, Saudi Arabia, as a terrorist attack. Investigators found that the co-pilot who struck the captain with a cockpit crash axe had planned such an attack and then tried to take control of the aircraft. The investigation remains ongoing.
