> The New York Times reports that Ukrainian authorities obtained a purported Russian Defense Ministry plan for a three-stage campaign against Ukraine’s energy infrastructure. The document, whose authenticity could not be verified, identifies Kyiv, Kharkiv, and Odesa as targets for cuts of up to 90% in electricity and heat supplies. Russian drones also struck a Kyiv bridge three times on October 1, causing major traffic restrictions the next day.
