> Ukrainian citizen Liubov Rozhanska was detained at Astana’s airport after flying in from Istanbul to collect her grandson. Her lawyers say Russia sought her detention through the Collective Security Treaty Organization; she is being held before a court hearing and could be extradited to Russia over an alleged child-abduction case. They accuse the FSB of arranging a “fairly well-planned operation.”
