> Flooding in Thailand has killed 24 people and affected more than 1.12 million households, or 3.19 million people, since mid-September. Water remains across 29 provinces and Bangkok, but rain has eased in most areas and authorities say conditions are manageable. Dam releases will increase, potentially raising riverside levels by about 80 centimeters and prompting shelter advice for residents.
