> Several explosions were heard overnight in Addis Ababa, including near the military headquarters and in the south of the city. The blasts followed a ban on drone flights over the capital and came a week after fighting began north of the city between the army and a new alliance of armed groups, including forces from Tigray. An opposition-linked source claimed responsibility for drone strikes, but officials have not confirmed the cause, casualties or damage.
