> Russia plans to allocate more than 4 trillion rubles, or $48.05 billion, to national security and law enforcement in 2027, according to an explanatory note accompanying the draft federal budget. The spending covers the armed forces, security and law enforcement agencies, troops and other military formations, as well as salaries for regional prosecutors and Investigative Committee staff.
