> Yevgeny Burdinsky, head of the Russian General Staff’s main mobilization directorate, said conscripts would not be sent to carry out combat missions in the Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson or Zaporozhye regions or elsewhere in Ukraine. He said forces in the operation zone are staffed by contract servicemen.
