> Cardinal Matteo Zuppi, the Pope’s special envoy for Ukraine, discussed prospects for resolving the conflict and the humanitarian situation in Alyoshki with Russian officials in Moscow, Russia’s Foreign Ministry said. Talks also covered efforts to find missing people, exchange prisoners of war and civilians, reunite families and address the “children’s dossier.” The ministry said Zuppi was briefed on what it called the Kiev regime’s “criminal actions.”
