> Residents on Garvaghy Road in Portadown have held a days-long blockade to stop an Orange Order parade entering the predominantly Catholic area. A High Court decision overturned a 28-year ban, but police are preventing the march from proceeding because of the risk of violence, reigniting legal and political tensions.
