> An independent investigation found operational and management failures after female Eiffel Tower employees were told to avoid a visiting BAPS Hindu delegation. The incident was described as unacceptable, triggered a staff strike and political criticism, and will be followed by the departure of SETE director general Patrick Branco Ruivo at the end of the year.
