> Russia is prepared to use all means, including nuclear weapons, to defend the Kaliningrad Region if NATO countries try to isolate it from the rest of the country, the Russian Embassy in Ireland said. The embassy warned that an air and naval blockade could trigger a high risk of armed confrontation and possible early strikes on decision-making centers in Alliance countries.
