> The Premier League says an independent commission found Manchester City guilty of all serious financial-rule breaches covering the 2009-10 to 2017-18 seasons. It said the club used sham commercial arrangements to inflate revenue and cut costs by more than £900m. City denies wrongdoing, called the verdict disappointing and surprising, and will appeal.
